Rain Stops Play, Perhaps Not

Well the insulation finally arrived yesterday at 3.30, too late to start anything plus I needed to take a trip to Homebase for a few (10% off on Tuesday) items. I say a few, but the bill still came to £75 with the 10% off, but I did get the vinyl floor, pva glue and ring main cable so not too bad I suppose but the costs are rising.
Not a lot of big purchases to get now, 3mm ply for walls and roof, carpet for walls and roof, consumer unit and either a Zig CF8 or some other system, I like the sound of the easy wiring on the CF8 but I have everything in the caravan, charger, fuse box etc that I could use and would just have to buy the battery to battery split charger which are about £20 and also offer easy wiring.
Well off course we have had 5 sunny days while I have been waiting for the insulation and today, you guessed it, it's pouring down so I am unable to insulate the floor as everything has to come out of the van while it's done; but I just thought I can get on with insulating the sides and roof so not all bad.
So a progress report later.
